Pony Days

  • Pony Days at the Margaret Haes Riding Centre tend to run during school holidays. Pony days are fun, everyone looks forward to it and enjoys coming.Pony Days are either 3 or 4 hour sessions and involve grooming and tacking up a horse, stable duties and riding. We have Adopt a Pony Days, Sliver and Bronze Challenge Days and fun days at Easter and Halloween!Price: £35 per rider. Adopt a Pony Days run either 9.30am to 12.30pm or 1.30pm to 4.30pm. All other Pony Days tend to be 10am to 2pm.Includes at least one hour riding.We are happy to help anybody learn new skills.Bring a packed lunch or snack with you.


Birthday Parties

Why not celebrate your child’s birthday or special occasion with us?

These parties are tailored to suit all ages, riding ability and are suitable for both riders and non riders.

Typically a birthday party includes riders helping to lead and groom horses, putting on the saddle and bridle, and then a ride to Peel Tower or if weather is not good then riding in our Indoor Arena. We are happy to tailor the party to your needs.

You are more than welcome to bring a picnic.

The cost is £20 per rider and a minimum of 6 riders and maximum of 10 riders. A deposit of £50 is required to book a party.

Lessons

We offer group, semi private and private lessons in our indoor or outdoor school for all abilities. You can use your own horse or one of ours. Our group rides for disabled riders are Pay as You Feel.

We have a team of BHS Accredited Professional Coaches.
