Malvern Hills Riding Club | Riding for All

TEAM NEWS

The Club has a number of competitive members who compete on behalf of the Club in the BHS Area Competitions as well as the local 'Mercian' team competitions held between Clubs within the Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Shropshire counties.

All members are eligible to compete for the Club - so don't be afraid if you aren't good enough, give it a go!! Both Area and Mercian competitions have levels to cater for everyone in all disciplines from dressage, show jumping, combined training, Le Trec, hunter trials and one day events. Jumping heights start at 2'3 and go up to 3'3 in the more advanced teams, so there is something for all riders

Please note - very important (for Area Competitions)
For Area competitions, your horse will need to be up to date with flu and tetanus vaccinations. Please check your certificates otherwise you will be unable to compete. The team committee will need in advance of the competition a copy of your horse's certificate, and will answer any queries you have.
Riders will also need to have been a member of the Club for 28 days before the event.

For more information on how to get involved with the teams and compete for the Club, please contact the Team Committee (Janet, Eve or Cindie) and they will guide you in the right direction on how to get started. (details on the Committee members page)
